Regional Maintenance Manager - Opelousas, LAJob Type: Full-TimeSchedule: 3 days per week (Saturday, Sunday, Monday), 14 hours per day, with occasional additional days as needed

Responsibilities
• Lead and manage a maintenance crew of 7 technicians in a 1.2 million square feet facility• Focus primarily on preventative maintenance• Maintain 170 forklifts and manage 1400 individual assets, including conveyor systems• Expertise in troubleshooting and repairing Programmable Logic Controllers (PLCs) and experience with 480-volt systems• Uphold safety standards and work towards improving efficiency• Collaborate with various departments to streamline maintenance processes
Requirements
• Strong background in PLCs and experience with 480v systems• Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage a small, efficient team• Previous experience in large-scale maintenance operations• Military experience, particularly in the Air Force, Marines, or Navy (including submarine service), is highly regarded• Excellent problem-solving and pressure management skills• Effective communication and organizational abilities
Benefits
