Responsibilities
• Coordinate referrals, scheduling, and service authorization management• Manage and maintain assigned reports, tracking, and spreadsheets• Assist with data compilation for open shifts and SA management• Support supervisory personnel with projects, research, and administrative tasks
Requirements
• High school diploma or GED certificate• Minimum of two years' experience in unit-based services preferred• Experience with scheduling, managing SA's, intakes, and strong Excel, Word, and data management skills• Daily use of information technology• Associates or four-year degree in a related field preferred• Strong organizational and communication skills
