I buy local! Position Responsibilities: Hiring/Terminating. Delivering disciplinary actions. Orienting, developing and retaining employees. Maintaining all employee files and benefits. Reporting to owner. Maintaining and organized, structured and detailed day/week/month. On-Call - carrying the after hours phone on a rotation. Canvasing the community.  Requirements and Benefits: You must own your auto and have auto insurance. You must live in Stark County. You must have at least 5 years experience in HR and have a Bachelors degree in some area of Business. Smokers need not apply. You must be able to pass a drug test and background screening.  Vision, Dental and Life insurance offered at the low cost of $5/pay. PTO  Major Medical negotiable.  Compensation:
$65,000.00 to $70,000.00
