Manage flow of candidates into our pipeline using sources such as Paycor, indeed, Linkedin, Glassdoor zip recruiter and any other tactics necessary.
Interview, screen all incoming candidates in the Toledo area and be able to advise on screening issues from remote sites.
Align recruiting efforts and needs with Executive Management Team
Determine rate of pay based on metrics provided as well as evaluation of candidate's experience. Be able to negotiate pay if need be.

Be able to report to field staffing needs, logistical concerns, and critical information on a weekly basis
Forecast upcoming changes with information from the field as well as direction from leadership.

Track all activities Ensure all training documentation on Store Managers is complete. Requirements 3+ Years in a recruiting role preferably in a chain or big box format.
2+ years of experience in retail (Preferably in Operations)
Possess the ability to effectively and efficiently manage time
Have excellent written and verbal communication skills
Office time is Monday-Friday 1st shift, however some evening and weekend work may be required to ensure candidates are followed up on.
PC skills including Email, browsers, and recruiting platforms such as Pay cor
