Receptionist - Chiropractic Assistant

We are currently looking for a welcoming and compassionate Receptionist-Chiropractic Assistant to join our busy chiropractic clinic. You will be the face of Chiro 1st of Bellevue; the first person they see when they walk in the door. Receptionist/CA Duties & Responsibilities:
Greet patients with a welcoming smile and check them in/out schedule appointments and checking if patients are on track with their treatment plans Treat patients with compassion and empathy while keeping a professional manner Educate patients on chiropractic care and how we can help them Conduct new patient consultations and take digital spinal x-rays (once certified to do so) Explain treatment plans to patients and the patient's family Collect balances and explain the basics of health insurance. Comply with health care laws and regulations and organizational guidelines including HIPPA Receptionist/CA Requirements
Great communication skills both written and verbal Ability to multitask in a busy environment  Positive attitude with the desire to learn and grow Excellent team player A passion for health and wellness A strong work ethic and the ability to work independently A basic knowledge about the benefits of chiropractic is a plus but not required.
