Receiver - Red Fish Grill

Ralph Brennan's Red Fish Grill has an immediate opportunity for a Receiver to join our talented culinary team. Our Receivers enable our chefs and restaurant to serve the best local and regional ingredients and the freshest Gulf Seafood. Responsibilities: Read invoices and packing slips with care and attention to detail to ensure accurate processing of incoming deliveries. Check, inspect, and verify all incoming food and beverage, ensuring that products are acceptable and orders are accurate. Check all incoming seafood deliveries for accuracy and quality, ensuring they match the order and meet our restaurant's standards. Verify that all seafood is stored correctly and at the correct temperature. Maintain cleanliness of the walk-in freezer, storage areas, and dry storage. Keep accurate records of all incoming and outgoing shipments. Communicate with kitchen staff to ensure that the correct products are received on time. Perform other duties as assigned.
