Real Estate Attorney

I am currently seeking an experienced Real Estate Attorney in Virginia. The ideal candidate shall have substantial experience with commercial real estate transactions. This could be a fully remote position for a candidate with a strong background. Qualifications: 5 years of experience with commercial real estate Draft contracts and negotiate real estate transactions Monitor legal risk in real estate documentation and advise clients accordingly Experience with purchase and sale transactions, transfer of titles, handling complex real estate deals Admitted and practicing in VA Benefits: Compensation is very competitive and based on experience Very busy practice that is expanding in VA Flexible environment with work life balance Salary will be commensurate with experience.
