Real Estate Attorney

I am currently seeking an experienced Real Estate Attorney for a firm I am working with. The ideal candidate shall have substantial experience with real estate financing, leasing and construction projects. Background in commercial real estate transactions and development strongly desired but not required.
Qualifications:
* 3+ years of experience in real estate law.
* High end residential and commercial real estate matters.
* Experience working with many types of construction projects.
* Ability to work on complex cases and not shy away from complex issues.
* Lease organization, review, and negotiations.
* Land contracts, origination, assignment, review and negotiations, both acquisitions and selling.
* Title review, clear requirements as well as updating title committments.
* Bar License
The ideal candidate will be self-motivated, ambitions, organized, possess strong time management skills, attention to detail and a sense of urgency for critical deadlines.
