This is an opening for a Licensed Assistant to service a high-producing RealtorProvide the highest level of real estate services with integrity and professionalismFull-time position with base pay and bonus opportunities
Job seniority: mid-to-senior level
Responsibilities
• Provide support to the Realtor related to the listing, selling, and closing of real estate transactions• Maintain the day-to-day administrative functions including status reports, scheduling, and data input• Coordinate details from contract to closing, schedule appointments, and assist with client communication• Assist with monitoring and responding to requests from third parties• Perform any additional responsibilities as requested or assigned
Requirements
• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field; or equivalent work experience• NC Realtor license required• Advanced computer skills including proficiency in Microsoft Office applications• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills• Strong attention to detail• Ability to handle stress and work under pressure• Professional, courteous, and positive attitude• Ability to work independently and prioritize multiple tasks• Excellent attendance and adherence to scheduled arrival times• Flexibility in work schedule to meet deadlines and complete tasks
