We're looking for a driven and dedicated Real Estate Administrative Assistant to join our growing team. The Real Estate Administrative Assistant assists in the form of clerical services, data entry and support services to help Breck Life Group maintain and grow its business. Duties and responsibilities include direct support to the agents to allow more time for them to focus on dollar productive activities. Apply today!!Responsibilities: Duties specific to clerical services and data entry include:• Ensuring a presentable office, answering phones and greeting walk-ins.• Overseeing and maintaining adequate inventory of all office supplies by ordering replacements prior to running out.• Attending and assisting with recurring meetings.• Checking mail and retrieving, distributing and depositing checks.• Assisting with Accounts Payable.• Sending weekly emails to the team with updates and metrics.• Compiling monthly, quarterly and annual market statistic reports. Duties related to maintaining and growing BLG include: • Updating the monthly newsletter and ensuring timely send-out.• Maintaining mailing lists and ensuring the timely sendout of all mailers.• Assisting with client events.• Overseeing the Ski Medallion schedule.• Assisting with onboarding and training of new BLG members. Duties specific to assisting the agents: • Updating team on all new listings.• Scheduling and overseeing the staging and photoshoot of new listings.• Conducting property inventory of inclusions and supplying to Sellers for signatures.• Collecting rental history or rental projections when requested.• Obtaining "Owed But Not Due" status letter from UBSD when applicable.• Obtaining Septic Permit and As-Built from Summit Environmental Health when applicable.• Creating a listing page in MLS with each new listing.• Uploading to MLS listing all available attachments and entering showing instructions.• Making copies of keys and tracking the use of ELB lockboxes and yard signs.• Creating listing flyers and posting in windows at the office.• Assisting with confirming showings with sellers, rental managers and agents.• Attending listing appointments when invited (some shifting of days off may be necessary from time to time).Qualifications:• Available 8:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m., • Friday through Tuesday • (Wednesdays and Thursdays off) - PT work negotiable.• Valid Colorado Driver's License and reliable personal vehicle.• Ability to resolve problems and meet deadlines by arranging workload in order of importance.• Ability to work effectively within a team and independently, as workflow dictates.• Experience as an Administrative Assistant in a real estate office setting preferred.
