BECOMING OUR RBT - REGISTERED BEHAVIOR THERAPIST Schedule: You'll enjoy a full-time flexible schedule with morning and afternoon appointments. Approximately 80% of sessions occur in the afternoon, with occasional sessions during school hours in a school setting.
Day-to-Day: As an RBT - Registered Behavior Therapist, you'll spend time with children in their natural environment, creating a supportive and fun atmosphere. You'll collaborate with parents and other personnel to develop individualized behavior intervention plans and therapy, collecting data on target behaviors. You will be a caring force in helping children with autism reach their targets and increase their skills!
Qualifications: Registered Behavior Therapist with the completion of an ABA 40-hour course COME THRIVE WITH US! Discovery ABA provides in-home, center-based, and school-based ABA therapy services to children aged 2 to 21. Our hands-on approach and commitment to evidence-based therapy aim to prepare children to function effectively in all areas of their lives.
