POSITION SUMMARY The Radiology Services Supervisor supervises and supports the daily operations, workflows, and personnel of the Radiology Services Team. You will be responsible for assessing the team's work to maximize performance and patient care. The supervisor must act on and solve problems in real time as well as strategically, by evaluating existing workflows and recommending changes that improve patient care and productivity. The supervisor is responsible for coaching, resolving issues and serving as a link between subordinates and upper management. To be successful in this role, you will need to be organized, reliable and results-driven.
POSITION DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Participate in the design, implementation, and management of workflow improvements Evaluate, coach, train, mentor and motivate teammates DESIRED PROFESSIONAL SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE Bachelor's Degree in a health-related, education, information technology field, or equivalent experience preferred 2+ years of job relevant experience highly preferred Experience with Microsoft Office, including PowerPoint Demonstrate a willingness and ability to become familiar with Call Center Support workflows Demonstrated ability to produce accurate work Expert communication skills Demonstrated self-direction and the ability to manage multiple priorities. Ability to adapt to changing and competing priorities. Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality when dealing with sensitive, performance-related information. Ability to understand how tasks fits into larger program objectives.
