Quarry Maintenance Manager

CTC Crushing is excited to announce an opening for the Quarry Maintenance Manager! The Quarry Maintenance Manager will lead our maintenance team in Las Vegas, NV. If you have hands-on experience with crushing plant equipment and a passion for ensuring safety and efficiency, we want you to join our team.
Responsibilities: Lead and mentor the maintenance team in daily operations. Prioritize and delegate maintenance tasks to meet production targets. Oversee and assist in repairs, preventative maintenance, and equipment checks. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies. Coordinate maintenance projects to increase production efficiency. Requirements: Strong knowledge of crusher maintenance (jaws/cones/VSI). Previous supervisory experience in a quarry setting (2+ years). Familiarity with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook. Commitment to safety and team leadership.
