My client, a Fit-out specialist are seeking a Quantity Surveyor to deliver fast paced student accommodation projects, as Quantity Surveyor you will support the Operations and Commercial team on site.

You will play a crucial role in supporting the construction company's schemes. You will be responsible for accurately, managing budgets, analysing financial data, and providing expert advice on procurement and contract management. Your expertise and attention to detail will contribute to the successful completion of projects.

The Role

Budget preparation, cost reporting, cash flow forecasting and preparing final accounts

Procurement of subcontractors and subcontract documentation

Preparation of monthly cost, value and reconciliation reports and final accounts

Liaise closely with the Site Manager & Project Manager to record all variations, change requests & instructions

Promote best practice in Health & Safety, Quality and Environmental standards

Develop and maintain relationships

The Person

5 years' + experience in a Quantity Surveying

Degree qualified in Quantity Surveying or related discipline

Knowledge of building regulations and guidelines

Contractual background

Excellent communications skills and attention to detail

Positive can-do attitude

Full driving license
