Responsibilities: Become familiar with all SQF policies and procedures Responsible for daily completion of QC technician documentation Manage, assess and reassess compliance with the HACCP plan, pre-requisite programs, and SQF programs routinely Ensures compliance to all SOPs, SSOPs and GMPs Police and ensure all areas are clean and well organized with proper reports to management of GMP violations, inspecting facility on a daily basis Follow equipment SOP, calibration and verification efforts as it pertains to all quality and food safety Notify maintenance or plant manager of any maintenance needs Report any accidents or injuries to management Team oriented problem solver who takes ownership of their work Self-motivated Ability to lift 25 pounds Must be able to work in a non-climate-controlled environment Other duties as assigned including but not limited to packing on a table Position Requirements: HACCP trained SQF Knowledgeable Food manufacturing: 2 years Surge hires for a variety of top jobs in the area.
