Job Title: Quality Systems Administrator

Experience: 3+ years' experience in aerospace manufacturing environment
Job Duties:
Maintenance of QMS procedures and implementation
Maintaining and facilitation of procedural and positional training
Assist in review of non-conformances found during auditing; place into Figeac's NCR system and distribute to applicable business units
Monitoring of Supplier Quality metrics
Assist with monitoring and control of specification database to current revisions
Assist with Customer specification control
Assist with creating or revision of internal quality documents
Assist with PCR (Planning Change Request) when specifications revision roll has product impact/No product impact
Perform required assigned audits in a timely manner
Assist in AS9100/Nadcap audit preparation
Communicate to applicable business unit managers what is needed in order to facilitate the audits (e.g. list of what parts to be ran during the audit to be received from the business unit manager, what operators will be in audit etc.)
Gather the required information needed for submittal to external auditor
Maintain calibration database in the Visual ERP
Monitor and maintain QRQC database for corrective action
Update and maintain internal documentation cross-reference database as needed
Requirements: Associates degree in Aerospace related field or relevant years of experience in aerospace
2+ year's Quality experience in an aerospace manufacturing environment
Must be able to read, analyze, and interpret blueprints, general procedures, and government regulations
Familiarity with NADCAP, AS9100 & AS9102 quality standards
Familiarity with ASTM, ISO, Mil & OEM specified testing & quality requirements
Knowledge of measuring equipment (e.g. micrometers, calipers, height gauges, Isoscope etc.)
Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Powerpoint, etc.)
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Knowledge/training of aerospace painting and chemical processing preferred
Internal Auditing experience preferred
Strong attention to detail & work ethic
Ability to work independently and display deductive reasoning skills where necessary
Maintain a good attendance record and attend meetings as required
Working Conditions: Monday to Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm
Some overtime may be necessary
Regular attendance is mandatory and must follow all work safety programs
