At the direction of Executive Director, Quality Manager and in collaboration with the Center Operation Managers, the Quality & Administrative Specialist is dedicated to improving the participant and family experience through the investigation of complaints, concerns, and other feedback received. Quality & Administrative Specialist may also support the PACE Leadership team with administrative duties on a routine and as needed basis.

Preferred Qualifications: Associate's Degree - Health-related field. Or equivalent educ/experience,
Two years work experience may be substituted for each year of formal education.
1 year - Quality Improvement experience in healthcare/social service agency setting.
1 year - Experience in an electronic medical record system. Preferably Epic
1 year - Experience with Databases and Excel
3 years - Customer Experience/Service

About the Team Providence Home and Community Care (HCC) is a service line within Providence with over 8,000 caregivers and 2,000 volunteers serving nearly 200,000 people a year, in their homes, in clinics and in a variety of congregate living ministries across our seven-state footprint.
HCC provides a full range of services and support for people of all ages, especially those facing chronic or life-limiting illnesses. Our core competencies include restorative care, longitudinal care and care through the end of life. Our service lines include assisted living/skilled nursing/rehabilitation, home health, home infusion/pharmacy services, home medical equipment, hospice and palliative care, Program of All-Inclusive Care for the Elderly (PACE), personal home services/private duty care and supportive housing.
