Excellent benefitsBonus Paid vacation and personal timeMedical, dental, etc.Duties and responsibilities of the Quality Supervisor include:Coaching, training and mentoring Quality AssociatesLeading quality improvementsFinding root cause of issues and implementing corrective actionsUsing quality control toolsInvestigating and resolving issuesPreparing quality documentation and paperwork (FMEA, Control Plans, CPK)Requirements for the Quality Supervisor position include: A degree is preferred, not requiredPrevious supervisory experienceExcellent communication and problem-solving skillsPrevious automotive quality manufacturing experienceExperience with PPAP, 8D, FMEA, SPC, CpK analysis, etc. Any quality certifications are a plus (ISO auditor, CQE, Six Sigma, etc.)Some relocation assistance will be providedKey skills:Quality, Automotive, Manufacturing
