Quality Manager
Full time Onsite Exempt position reports directly to the General Manager.All Sensors is an OEM Manufacture of pressure sensors. All Sensors specializes in pressure sensor product development with emphasis on low pressure sensors for medical and industrial applications. If you are motivated, self-starter, detail orientated person then this might the position for you .The ideal candidate will possessa broad-based understanding of Quality assurance activities including ISO and QS9000 programs. This person is responsible for operation of the quality/reliability engineering, final inspection, and document control teams. This position requires extensive interaction with external customers and regulatory agencies as well as strong liaison activities with the sales, customer service, quality, and senior management teams across multiple Business units.
Responsibilities
General management and supervisory activities related to the QA department operation
Manages Quality Inspectors and Doc Control
Quality & Reliability policy & procedure development and implementation
Quality & Reliability engineering support for complex issues lacking clear precedent
Department planning and budgeting and managing to the plan
Managing internal and external audits including communications to the business, interfacing with the auditors and scheduling audits as required
Operations of Quality & Reliability laboratory, including environmental test & materials analysis facilities
Qualifications / Requirements
BS Degree in Engineering or Technical discipline
Minimum 5 years' experience with Quality & Reliability functions and activities
Demonstrated experience with ISO/QS Programs
Ability to communicate effectively at all levels of the organization including senior management
High-energy, self-motivated with the ability to work to challenging deadlines
Computer competent with functional use of MS Office Suite
Travel as required up to 10%
Silicon MEMS process and/or MEMS assembly experience
MBA, ASQC, CQE and/or CRE Certification
A background in electronics or a fundamental understanding of pressure sensors
