Responsibilities
• Verify production components according to instructions and specifications• Maintain cleanliness and organization of work station• Utilize customer provided drawings and specifications to determine production requirements• Ensure assembly components are processed at correct quantities• Ensure components meet cosmetic requirements• Ensure components meet dimensional requirements• Ensure completion of all production processes• Ensure traceability documents meet specifications• Complete internal and external non-conformance reports• Stop non-conforming components and notify supervisor
Requirements
• 3+ years of experience in QC• Familiarity with blue prints and measuring tools like calipers, squares, and protractors• High School Diploma or GED
