Currently, we're seeking an experienced Quality Assurance Manager to join us in upholding the highest standards of quality and compliance.
About the Role:
As our Quality Assurance Manager, you'll be at the forefront of ensuring that our services consistently meet industry benchmarks and align with our mission. Your responsibilities will include:
Key Responsibilities:
Quality Control and Compliance:
Establishing and maintaining a robust quality assurance program based on industry best practices.
Defining and refining quality metrics, scoring parameters, and resources for quality control.
Providing expertise in quality assessment, control, and management across various teams.
Ensuring adherence to all relevant regulations, guidelines, and quality standards.
Playing a pivotal role in project lifecycle management, ensuring quality from inception to completion.
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Quality Assurance, Business Administration, or a related field.
A minimum of eight (8) years of experience in developing and implementing quality control methodologies.
Proficiency in standard quality control methods and tools.
Demonstrated ability to apply metrics to assess quality effectively.
Strong understanding of system and project lifecycles.
Preferred Qualifications:
Master's Degree in Quality Assurance or a related field.
Over eight (8) years of advanced experience in quality assurance and control methodologies.
Experience in the Veterans Administration environment or similar federal agencies is highly desirable.
