Responsibilities
• Perform quality reviews to ensure accuracy of insurance information and call handling• Review key elements from document image and compare to updates in various systems• Compile discrepancies for training and trend analysis• Identify error trends and report to leadership• Prioritize workflow and work in a fast-paced environment• Maintain accuracy and thoroughness in work• Maintain confidentiality and open to new ideas• Communicate effectively both orally and in writing• Resolve problems in a timely manner• Meet quality and production standards
Requirements
• High School Diploma or equivalent work experience• Strong organizational and analytical skills• Proficiency in Windows-based environments, Word, Excel, and Access• Quality/production must meet or exceed standards• Prior insurance and claims experience is helpful• Mortgage servicing, customer service, and data entry experience is a plus• Physical requirements: repetitive motion, manual dexterity, speech and hearing, vision• Sedentary work, ability to sit at a desk for 7-8 hours per day
