Description: The Mobile Master Fitter is responsible for all mobile fitting operations around the store location including the development and execution of green grass fitting days, supporting store awareness activations, and managing the company fitting vehicle. This will also include retail store-based client engagement, fitting, and education.
Responsibilities: Develop, organize and execute PXG fitting days at green grass facilities around the storeCreate and maintain strong relationships with local golf professionals and businessesProvide exceptional client experience while properly custom-fitting all potential PXG clients, ensuring the best possible equipment for themMaintain a positive, client-focused attitude by listening, understanding, and responding to their needs and offering creative solutionsEngage with PXG clients both in and out of store, utilize product knowledge to educate and move clients into the fitting experienceGather, input, and report back customer-based dataProvide clear and consistent follow-up promptly to all existing and potential clientsDemonstrate strong communication and collaboration between team membersIncrease revenue while meeting deadlines and working in an organized mannerManage and organize daily/weekly schedules in conjunction with team members to maximize revenue and efficiencyInput daily client orders accurately and track all orders through delivery to confirm the accuracy and client satisfactionDemonstrate superior product knowledgeSupport the store team in operational tasks as required by leadership, i.e., inventory, client order management, and opening/closing responsibilitiesAssist with Call Center inbound and outbound calls utilizing Player Support Procedures and ProcessesPerform other related duties as requiredJob Skills Required: Superior customer service skillsExcellent written and verbal communicationDriver's License and ability to drive a mobile fitting vanMicrosoft Office and basic computer skillsJob Skills Preferred: Prior experience in golf retail sales and client service preferredPrior club fitting/building experience is preferredSoft Skills: Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skillsSelf-driven and directed, with a strong sense of ownershipA professional, positive, and flexible attitudeEnthusiastic team playerEducation: HS Degree or equivalent required, BA/BS degree preferred Certifications: n/aYears of Experience: 2 years of golf fitting and/or sales experience preferred Travel: This position is store-based, with occasional road travel required as needed (90% travel potential). Candidates must possess a valid US driver's license and a clean driving record for consideration.Compensation:$40,000 commissions (In specific locations, the pay range may vary from the range posted.)
