We are seeking an experienced Punch-Press Operator to join our team. As a Punch-Press Operator, you will be responsible for setting up coil feedings and operating automatic punch presses to produce metal parts according to specifications. POSITION – Punch Press
JOB LOCATION – Grafton, WI
STARTING DATE – Immediate
EMPLOYMENT TERM – Temp-to-Hire and Long-Term Temporary
EMPLOYMENT TYPE – Full-Time
WORK HOURS (SHIFT) – 2nd shift (2pm-12am)
STARTING PAY – $18-21 per hour

REQUIRED EDUCATION – High School Diploma/GED
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE – At least 2 years of experience
Responsibilities:
- Set up and operate automatic punch presses to produce parts efficiently and accurately.
- Monitor machine operations to ensure quality and make adjustments as needed.
-Use a forklift to set up coils and materials on the machine
- Perform routine maintenance on machines to keep them in good working condition.
- Inspect finished parts to ensure they meet quality standards.
- Follow safety protocols and guidelines to maintain a safe work environment.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Automatic Punch-Press Operator or similar role.
-Previous experience with coil feedings
- Knowledge of punch-press operations and troubleshooting.
- Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings.
- Strong attention to detail and quality control.
- Physical stamina to stand for long periods and lift heavy materials.
