Job Description
The Certified Pulmonary Technician is responsible for providing comprehensive care to patients requiring diagnostic testing in an organized and systematic manner according to department policy and standards.
Qualifications
Education
* High School Diploma or GED (Required)
* Vocational / Technical Degree or Associate's (Preferred)
Certification / Licensure / Registration
* BLS Certification (Required)
* Certified or Registered Pulmonary Function Technician credential OR Certified or Registered Respiratory Therapist with Maryland state licensure (Required)
Experience and Skills
* 1 year of Pulmonary Function Tech or Respiratory Therapy experience (Required)
* Required Skills: Strong Verbal Communications Skills, Strong Written Communications Skills, General
* Clerical Skills, Basic Computer Skills, Excellent Organizational Skills, Strong Customer Services Skills
