Prepare requested drinks, work with the fellow team members to ensure orders are properly prepared in a timely manner, and efficiently manage the point of sale system. Essential Functions and Responsibilities: + Required to prepare all cooked items along with all other menu items + Responsible for ringing alcoholic beverages as required for guest service + Responsible for maintaining stock on the line and restocking the line (complete the proper requisitions). Keep ice bins full + Responsible for filling all order from customers + Must be able to work at a steady pace to keep line flowing at a constant pace + Responsible for cleanliness of line.
