Responsibilities
• Perform detailed property inspections, document conditions, and manage keys• Photograph and diagnose complex maintenance issues, perform small repairs• Conduct move-out inspections and document damages• Prepare detailed reports of damages and repair estimates• Test keys, make copies, and provide lock-out support• Update Google Drive, Propertyware, and Service Fusion with information• Perform minor repairs and routine maintenance• Work closely with maintenance teams and maintain relationships with contractors and tenants• Communicate urgent issues to stakeholders• Maintain productive relationships with diverse stakeholders
Requirements
• High school diploma or equivalent• Previous experience in property management or related field preferred• Attention to detail and ability to identify potential issues• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
