SUMMARY This position provides administrative and project management support to the Operations department as needed to fulfill the overall goals and objectives of the Ministry and Pinelake Church.
GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES Works in coordination with the overall goals and objectives of Pinelake Church. Assists other staff members, when needed, to support teamwork and contribute to the successful completion of their objectives and strategies. Perform duties and responsibilities in a manner to glorify Christ and further the mission and ministry purposes of Pinelake Church (Colossians 3:23-24). SPECIFIC LIST OF DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Assists with the onboarding and off boarding process as it relates to the Operations department for staff members. Facilitates clear communication and collaboration across Recruiting team through reporting, data assimilation, project management, and consistent updates.  Provides support by scheduling and preparing for events, meetings, gatherings, and travel related to Recruiting.  Oversees administrative functions for the Recruiting team associated with the One Church calendar, administrative purchases, and distribution of resources. Assists in preparation of departmental reporting.  Records daily income and expense activity.  Conducts bill maintenance and research. Prepares monthly bank and credit card reconciliation. 
Reviews and reports on monthly credit card activity. 
Assists in the distribution of contribution statements as well as answering questions related to the statements. 
Participates in new hire orientations and trainings. 
Provides advice and technical assistance with budget preparation. 
Contributes to special projects as needed.  Performs other duties as assigned. QUALIFICATIONS To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE Bachelor's degree preferred. Two to four years of administrative experience minimum for competitive candidates.

Weekly, we serve over 12,000 people, but we delight in celebrating stories of life change one person at a time.
