Due to our continued growth, we are in need of adding a Project Manager to our Ann Arbor territory. We are in search of a Project Manager with construction experience as well as some mitigation experience.
What you will be doing: Preparing a scope of work for assigned projects Securing signed contracts from clients Setting up job scope and managing all aspects of the job from start to finish Scheduling technicians, subcontractors and laborers and assisting crew members when needed Communicating with clients, insurance adjusters and other personnel throughout the project Approving invoices and billing Resolving issues that arise Managing job file documentation, job profitability and efficiency What you need for this position: Experience managing insurance reconstruction projects An understanding of water mitigation Resides within 30 minutes of Ann Arbor We are interviewing now!
