Job Title: Internal Project Manager
Position Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Internal Project Manager to join our team.
The Internal Project Manager will play a crucial role in providing leadership and oversight throughout various projects within the company.
They will be responsible for developing and maintaining project plans, setting concrete deadlines, and ensuring successful project execution.
Responsibilities : Clearly define each step of the project and establish concrete deadlines for milestones and deliverables. Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, including tasks, milestone dates, status updates, and resource allocation. Assemble project teams, assign tasks, and provide direction to team members. Facilitate problem-solving and troubleshoot any issues that arise during the project lifecycle. Coordinate with all levels of employees, including upper management, department heads, and staff members. Perform other duties as assigned to support project objectives and organizational goals. Required Skills: Proven experience with multiple software development methodologies. Stay updated on current industry standards and best practices. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. A positive attitude and adaptable personality that aligns with our company culture. Education and Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree in Project Management, Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field preferred. 3-5 years of experience in Project management roles, preferably in a Corporate environment. PMP Certification is preferred but not required. Working Conditions: Work is primarily performed in an office environment. Occasional travel may be required for project-related meetings or activities.
