With utilization of modern tools, such as FEA and CFD analysis, and our combined experience in combustion and heater engineering, we offer solutions to the industries toughest challenges. Minimum Required Experience Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, preferably mechanical, chemical, or civil (structural) or ten (10) years of direct Project Management experience with fired heaters for the refining industry (API 560).3 years of project management experience with equipment for the refining industry Experience managing multiple concurrent projects involving sub-contract fabrication and equipment procurement Proven track record of strong customer service skills Proven track record of time management and organizational skills Proven track record of budget management skills Familiarity with industry construction materials, tolerances, codes, specifications and design guidelines Desired Experience Design engineering of heat transfer equipment (fired heaters, boilers, heat exchangers, etc.) and/or combustion equipment (FRNC-5) Programming skills in Excel/VBA Familiarity with design standards such as ASME, API, NFPA, AWS, ASTM, ASCE, PIP and AISC Experience with CFD or FEA (ANSYS) Experience with structural engineering (RISA, CAESAR II) Experience with 3D design and drafting (SOLIDWORKS, TEKLA STRUCTURES) We are looking for a person with good communication and critical thinking skills and who has plenty of initiative and a desire to constantly develop and improve products/processes. You are a motivated team player who can work independently and take the lead on projects. Occasional domestic and international travel is required.
