As a Project Manager, you are a strategic thinker who loves learning everything there is to know about a client’s brand, business, tech and customer. You have experience working with multidisciplinary teams, and you know what it takes to deliver a digital experiencethat can improve the lives of customers and surpasses the goals of clients. Both the client services and project delivery worlds are successfully navigated by your proactive communication of project statuses, issues, and opportunities to clients. You will plan, schedule, and control all project activities toward these objectives, applying technical, theoretical and leadership skills to satisfy project requirements, while building positive professional relationships with clients and associates.You will:Develop and execute project plans according to established procedures, channels, and success expectationsContribute to continual process and people management innovation, supporting effective delivery of solutionsEstablish clear project parameters supporting the success of all internal and client team membersUnderstand and communicate client business needs to the internal team and clients where requiredPromote high standards of professional integrity on all proposed and actual client business solutionsProvide and promote high standards of professionalism and leadership both within and outside the organization, appropriately representing Critical Mass’ business philosophies, protocols, and standardsNegotiate, define, communicate, and manage the scope of the project, typically holding responsibility for authoring project DSOWsCreate and maintain a project schedule, which defines activities, sequence, dependencies, work effort, duration, and associated resource requirementsForecast, track and manage project budgets, POs, and invoicesDefine and monitor quality standards on all project deliverablesPlan and manage internal and external project communications, ensuring effective exchange of project information and deliverablesIdentify, analyze, prioritize, mitigate, and communicate project risks and issuesFoster a positive, team-oriented environment that promotes high quality workParticipating in client, vendor, and internal meetingsCollaborate with discipline leaders for project estimation and resource allocationYou have:2-4 years-experience managing a variety ofdigital project types;site builds, content management systems, marketing campaigns, microsites, and maintenance.
