Project Manager - Ground-Up Apartment Project - Apex, Nc

Position Overview:
We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to join our team in Apex, NC and manage a ground-up apartment project. The Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing and managing the entire construction process, from pre-construction through closeout. As the leader of the project, the Project Manager must be able to effectively communicate and collaborate with leadership, subcontractors, and other stakeholders. Key Responsibilities:
Develop project plans, schedule, budget, and estimates while incorporating scope, performance, quality, cost, and safety considerations
Monitor and manage project progress to ensure timely project completion, while maintaining quality standards and minimizing cost overruns
Direct and manage the project team and subcontractors, including onsite and offsite personnel
Develop and maintain a risk management plan to minimize project-related risk
Proactively identify issues and provide recommendations to improve project efficiency and effectiveness
Monitor and enforce compliance with contract requirements and applicable codes and regulations
Prepare and maintain project-related documents and reports including status updates, change orders, and invoices
Maintain a positive working relationship with all stakeholders including contractors, architects, engineers, and owners Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Construction Management, Architecture, Engineering, or related field
5+ years of experience in Project Management, preferably in multi-family, multi-unit, podium, WRAP, Wood Frame, Stick Frame or Ground-Up construction
Knowledge of construction documents, codes, and regulations
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, Procore, and other construction management software
Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
Strong leadership, interpersonal, and customer service skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing project requirements
