Get It Recruit - Professional Services

Details of the offer

We're looking for a passionate Project Manager to join our dynamic team within the Enterprise Solutions - Transportation division. In this role, you'll be the driving force behind our Professional Services implementation projects, ensuring we meet client goals and objectives while keeping projects on track, on budget, and on time.
What You'll Do:
Be the quarterback! You'll review Statements of Work (SOWs) to define project scope, resources, budget, and strategy, collaborating closely with Solution Consultants to get things rolling.
Manage expectations like a pro. You'll clearly communicate any scope adjustments to all stakeholders - clients, project resources, and everyone in between.
Build strong relationships with clients and key personnel. We value open communication and trust!
Champion project changes. You'll prepare and present Project Change Requests for any necessary adjustments in scope or contracts.
Master the plan. You'll establish and track a comprehensive project plan from start to finish.
Lead the way! You'll conduct bi-weekly sprint planning and daily standups to keep your cross-functional team aligned.
Guide your team to success. You'll direct and coordinate project activities, ensuring everything runs smoothly and efficiently.
Be a strategic thinker. You'll analyze resource and project projections to maintain a balanced workload for the team.
Proactive problem-solving is key! You'll identify, track, and resolve project risks and issues before they snowball.
Keep everyone informed. You'll lead project planning and status meetings with clients and management, providing clear communication on progress and timelines.
Collaboration is king! You'll coordinate custom solutions across departments, integrating multi-department tasks into the overall project plan.
Ensure quality deliverables. You'll establish criteria for evaluating project outputs and review them for completeness.
Knowledge is power. You'll develop, maintain, and store project documentation in a shared repository.
Be a team leader! You'll coach, motivate, and empower your project team members, fostering a positive and productive environment.
Share the knowledge! You'll facilitate and document lessons learned at the end of each project, ensuring continuous improvement of processes.
Be a team player. You'll participate in regular internal PMO huddles and contribute to incorporating lessons learned into project/process updates.
We believe in going the extra mile! You may also be assigned additional duties by the leadership team.
What We're Looking For:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
5+ years of related experience.
A Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification is a plus!
Why You'll Love Working Here:
You'll be part of a collaborative and supportive team environment.
We offer opportunities for professional growth and development.
You'll have the chance to make a real impact on our clients' success.
We believe in work-life balance and offer a comprehensive benefits package.
Join us and be the project leader who makes a difference!
Employment Type: Full-Time
Salary: $ 57,000.00 138,000.00 Per Year
