Details of the offer

ClassDojo's goal is to give every child on Earth an education they love.
We started by building a powerful network for communication. ClassDojo's flagship app is the #1 communication app connecting K-8 teachers, children, and families globally. Teachers use it to share what's happening throughout the day through photos, videos, and messages that make parents feel like they're there. It's actively used in over 95% of US schools, reaching over 50 million children in 180 countries, with a team of just around 200 people [1]. We are now beginning to use this network to give kids the best learning experiences in the world, far beyond those a standard school can provide.
We hire for talent density. Our team comprises the most talented, entrepreneurial, and innovative teammates from around the world, with experience in education and large scale consumer internet companies, including Instagram, Netflix, Dropbox, Stripe, Uber, Y Combinator, and more. We're building a company where the most talented people want to work. We believe you'll do the best work of your life here—and you'll pioneer the future of education, too.
What you'll do: As a Project Manager, you will coordinate the rostering and single sign-on (SSO) implementation at ClassDojo. Your mission will be to ensure that each district's implementation is delivered timely and to the district's needs as we expand our district relationships. Working closely with school districts and internal teams, you will:
Manage Implementation Projects: Oversee the setup and integration of Rostering and SSO solutions from start to finish, ensuring that each district's specific needs are met.Coordinate with Stakeholders: Act as the main technical point of contact for districts, facilitating communication and collaboration between school IT staff and our internal teams.Optimize Systems and Processes: Develop and refine project management processes to ensure the most efficient implementation and support of our services.Ensure Detailed Documentation: Maintain comprehensive and accurate project documentation that supports both implementation and ongoing management.Deliver Training and Support: Provide necessary training to district staff to ensure successful adoption and use of our platform.Drive Continuous Improvement: Gather feedback and conduct post-implementation reviews to continually improve our implementation processes. You might be a good fit if: You have 3+ years experience in project coordination or management, preferably within technology implementation settings, and have a track record of successful project delivery. You are a master organizer and communicator who thrives in managing multiple stakeholders and complex requirements. You adapt quickly and are solution-oriented, able to handle the dynamics of school IT environments and the specific challenges they present. You are a strategic planner with a keen eye for detail, ensuring that nothing gets overlooked and every part of the project is executed to the highest standard. You possess strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport with both internal team members and external clients, anticipating their needs and exceeding their expectations.Bonus: You've worked with SSO & Rostering implementation before, and are familiar with the unique needs and expectations of working with student data at scale.[1] Some more context:
