Project Manager- Commercial Construction

Position Overview: The Project Manager is responsible for overseeing and managing commercial construction projects from start to finish. They must have the ability to plan and organize each project, track progress, and coordinate with relevant parties.
Key Responsibilities: Identify and develop relationships with clients and stakeholders Develop project plans, set deadlines, and track progress Communicate with the project team on progress, issues, and delays Manage workflows, budgets, and resources Ensure quality control and safety standards are met Ensure projects are completed on time and within budget Qualifications: 5+ years of experience in commercial construction and project management Knowledge of construction codes, regulations, and industry standards Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills Ability to work effectively with teams and stakeholders Nice to have: healthcare, office buildings, clinics, and hospital experience Benefits -Private health, dental and vision insurance plan
