Job Responsibilities

Set and Manage Expectations

Responsible for managing projects from onboarding through project closure while providing weekly reporting on project financials, project schedule, resourcing, and client satisfaction.
Responsible for project scope, project budget, timeline, resourcing, risk identification and mitigation, quality management, reporting and documentation.
Define project objectives, impact and critical success factors
Build and manage strong, positive internal and external client relationships.
Oversee the overall client delivery program, driving adoption and clients satisfaction
Point of contact for clients and stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle and delivery
Manage complex client situations and lead resolution for mutual success and partnership
Construct and manage the delivery plan with customer counterpart, including setting and
managing customer expectations based on the current state of product offerings and services
Work with project team and clients to understand processes, business requirements, and goals
Assess client requests and discourage high-risk choices while presenting alternative options
Differentiate between critical and non-critical items and triage according to their impact to project
Facilitate client-facing project meetings. Present progress assessments, issues, etc.
Identify required changes in client's business processes and champion change management

Visible and Proactive Project Leadership

Prepare 6-weeks in advance for "downstream" project deliverables
Articulate project solutions on a business level and welcome project questions and concerns
Monitor client progress to ensure their deliverables are fulfilled on time
Documents, tracks, and monitors bugs, problems, and issues to ensure timely resolution
Performs quality control tests and documents issues, changes, and future enhancements
Educate and guide clients on change management strategies
Maintain all project deliverables on the internal Armanino repository in a timely fashion
Manage out-of-scope items that can be pushed to the next phase
Lead Account Planning and Forecasting for the account
Prepare and Process Change Orders in timely fashion
Collaborates with vendors and other available resources to resolve performance and other issues

Project Delivery Administration

SOW contract management, client billing and AR collections
Weekly Project Status Reporting, Financial Reporting (e.g. Budget vs Actuals)
Resource scheduling, availability and issue resolution
Formalized problem escalation procedures

Business Development

Build deeper client relationships to support positive future commercial outcomes
Support business development through awareness of client needs and guidance for solutions
Work closely with the project team and stakeholders on proposal support and associated business development activities
Business Development and identification ofnew sales opportunities for client business needs (record in CRM)
Pursue follow-up business opportunities

Requirements

BS/BA degree in Business, IT or related major or equivalent work experience
Minimum 7 years' work experience in project management successfully delivering solutions
Minimum 5 years' experience leading projects, such as, Finance Transformation, Shared Service Transformation, M&A Integration, Software Implementation
Experience in a progressive management consulting or professional services firm
Experience in change management, business process and organizational design, product training
Ability to lead high performing teams, instill positive energy and foster an environment of growth and success. Coach and mentor team members
Strong understanding of business functional areas, business processes, and internal controls
Ability to work with KPI/Advanced Reporting technical tools (PowerBI; BI360; Excel Power Query)
Proficiency with Microsoft Office products and project management tools
Financial acumen; ability to understand financial performance, trends and track budgets
Ability to facilitate meetings and deliver presentations to groups, executives, etc. often presenting technical information to non-technical audiences.
Ability to manage competing priorities in a rapidly changing environment.
Travel for Armanino business and clients, as needed

Preferred Qualifications

PMP certification,CSM, or other similar certification
Process mapping experience utilizing BPMN methodology

Certain states require us to disclose the pay range and benefits summary for job openings. Compensation Range for this position: $144,600-$196,200. Compensation may vary based on skills, role, and location.
