Full job description Description: The project leader will support TMMMO projects like office renovations, heat mitigation, Ph3 and HVAC renewals.

Additional Skills & Qualifications: Construction and/or engineering firm project management experience Construction project management experience +5 years working on multiple projects simultaneously Experience with individual project sizes of 55M or greater construction type projects. Technical knowledge of design/building construction engineering and schedule management Experience managing team of project engineers, construction coordinators, and safety personnel. Experience working in construction of industrial automotive manufacturing facilities (or similar industrial manufacturers). Intermediate to Advanced skill level with Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Project) Additional Desired Qualifications:
Technical knowledge and understanding of project scheduling and estimating General understanding of construction safety programs and requirements Software capabilities: AutoCAD, Blue Beam, Microsoft Visio Experience Level: Intermediate Level
