This role will travel approximately 10% of the time. We are unable to offer sponsorship for work authorization for this role.Your impact:The Sales Project Coordinator works directly with the sales team to build a relationship and ensures that there is a seamless transition of accounts between Sales and Client Management Team.The Project Coordinator also oversees the planning, implementation, and tracking of specific short-term projects which have a beginning, end and specified deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders. This includes business development initiatives, sales administrative support, deployment and coordination of campaigns, implement ideas from the sales team, coordination and support of Business Development and Account Support teams.Responsibilities: Exhibit a clear understanding of the Source1 Purchasing programs, solutions, and benefits as it relates to providing relevant strategic solutions to all direct selling prospects and locations within assigned national accounts.Coordination of project duties, deliverables, and timelines, ensuring all deliverables are to the team on timeAssist Sales team with operational requestsTracking new account acquisitions and align with the proper channelsEnsure that all accounts are aligned properly before transitioning to Client Management TeamCoordination of internal projects and ensuring to "close the loop."Liaison between Sales Team and Client ManagersCoordinate and organize Sales Campaigns with Marketing Project ManagerSales Team support when team is travelingBusiness Development support for the independent distributor channelCoordinate all Sales and Client Management templatesProvide exceptional levels of collaboration and attention to all Source1 employees and employees within departments and brands.Assume personal ownership regarding the effective completion of all appointed duties.About you:Three to five years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.Bachelor's degree from four-year college or university preferredOutstanding process and project management skillsAccustomed to taking initiative and ownership of the processProficient in SalesforceAble to thrive in a fast paced, rapidly growing and changing environment requiring flexibility and adaptabilitySolid computer skills including Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook; Access, Advanced skills in Excel is preferredVery Detail oriented with strong follow-up skills10% travel requiredDon't meet every requirement mentioned here?
