Become Our Campaign Coordinator - Marketing Extraordinaire!
Are you an experienced marketing professional with a knack for project management and creating impactful campaigns? We're seeking a talented Campaign Coordinator to join our dynamic Marketing Team. In this role, you'll collaborate closely with our Sales and Opportunities Teams to execute captivating campaigns that drive our company's success.
As our Campaign Coordinator, you'll be responsible for:
1. Crafting smart, written campaign plans (including milestones, deliverables, budget, and schedule) in collaboration with the Marketing Manager. You'll ensure all activities happen seamlessly, carefully document any scope changes, and compare plan execution to performance.
2. Tracking campaign-related budgets and expenses with meticulous attention to detail.
3. Coordinating the promotion of exciting events that engage our audience.
4. Conducting comprehensive pre- and post-event evaluations of campaigns and webinars, reporting on outcomes and insights.
5. Conducting market research, gathering valuable information, and presenting innovative ideas for future campaigns or improvements to existing ones.
6. Creating compelling content, such as case studies, blog posts, and articles, that resonates with our audience.
7. Developing captivating email marketing and social media campaigns that align with our agreed-upon campaign plans.
To thrive in this role, you'll need:
1. A keen intellect, a proactive and hardworking approach, and a professional demeanor complemented by meticulous attention to detail (a touch of OCD is perfect!). You'll excel in a collaborative environment that values integrity and quality work.
2. 1-3 years of experience in digital, relationship, or content marketing, client development, event planning, and/or PR.
3. 1-3 years of demonstrated progression in marketing skills.
4. 1-3 years of experience in market research, entering new geographic markets, and/or analyzing market research.
5. Excellent time management and communication abilities.
6. The ability to manage multiple projects independently while coordinating with a diverse team and client base.
7. Familiarity with CRM systems (preferred).
