Description: MAYOTTEgroup is looking for a professional who is motivated to grow, feel supported, ask questions, and collaborate with a team.
Typical workload would be 3-5 projects at a time with the project sizes ranging from $2,000,000 to $15,000,000. There are the occasional very large renovation and new construction projects that well exceed that range so having a well-balanced knowledge base of the different phases is critical. Projects include; corporate office, financial, recreation, higher education, hospitality, and medical space design.
The Project Coordinator will work alongside the Project Manager to support the technical development of projects with minimal guidance.
Other required experience include: -Excellent organization and communication amongst internal team and consultants
-Team player attitude
-BIM Software (working knowledge of Revit software to construct 3D modeling and drafting design)
-Work efficiently and effectively
-Ability to perform construction administration duties
-Coordinate work between multiple consultants
-Knowledge of local building codes
-Coordinate project deliverables
Additional requested skills: -Document Development (SD-CD)
-Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign
Education: Associates Degree minimum
Compensation: Salary and the total compensation package is based on experience, and ranges from $65,000 -
$90,000 plus benefits & performance bonus opportunity. This is a full time, direct hire position with MAYOTTEgroup.
