Project Architect for Leading Firm
Are you a skilled and experienced Senior Project Architect looking for a new opportunity? We are representing a highly reputable architectural and engineering firm that specializes in various sectors including education, healthcare, commercial, recreation and athletics, and industrial projects.
We are seeking a Senior Project Architect who has a strong interest or experience in Healthcare, K-12 & Higher Education, or Data Centers market segments. The ideal candidate will be able to independently provide architectural services for small to medium-sized projects, ensuring the highest quality of documentation. Along with this, you will also be responsible for managing project delivery, supporting or leading the Construction Administration process, and producing and coordinating construction documents for projects of all sizes.
As a Senior Project Architect, you will demonstrate excellence in working within a team, effectively communicating with others, ensuring customer satisfaction, and showcasing technical competence. You will also be responsible for evaluating and overseeing design requirements, as well as collaborating with design architects to maintain overall design integrity. Additionally, you will be expected to present technical design solutions to client representatives and/or review committees, and mentor and train junior and intermediate staff. Establishing and maintaining relationships with past, current, and new clients is also a crucial aspect of this role.
To be considered for this position, you must have a professional degree in Architecture, along with 7-15 years of relevant experience. Architectural Registration is a must, and LEED AP or LEED BD C accreditation is preferred. Proficiency and expertise with Revit, along with a balance of design and a high level of technical competence, is required. Knowledge of specifications and code research is also essential.
