The Case Files Analyst is responsible for managing, analyzing, and submitting responses to document requests, in support of a government agency. Duties include:
Manage a shared inbox that receives requests for information. Log, track and assign requests to oneself and other team members as necessary. Analyze requests to understand who the requestor is, what information is being sought and what information can be released based on requestor's affiliation to the information and SOPs. Collaborate with various stakeholders such as program and/or customer staff to compile the requested documents. Review files and redact information as directed by SOPs. Analyzes complex or unique requests by reviewing previous scenarios and seeking guidance from the team/leadership. Submit completed requests to the requestor based on urgent or standard timelines. Manage, track and authorize child advocate appointments for program participants. Participate in special projects as required such as fulfilling large document requests in response to litigation inquiries. Assist the FOIA team with processing requests and other tasks as requested. Education
Bachelor's Degree in Social Sciences or relevant field preferred.
High School Diploma is Required Qualifications
2+ years of related document or program analysis experience working at an agency that provides services for underserved/vulnerable populations.
Must have demonstrated experience working with sensitive documentation, an understanding of the proper handling of PII and experience following SOPs outlining the release of information.
Excellent written and verbal communications skills
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Experience working with underserved/vulnerable populations preferred.
Experience with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel and Access). Scheduled Weekly Hours:
