Program Administrator Support Coordinator

Somerset, NJ

$18.00 per hour

Do you have experience in administrative or clerical work and want to join a company that positively impacts the lives of the many individuals it serves? In the Program Administration Support Coordinator role, you will contribute to the company's commitment to serve others by providing administrative support to program staff in the provision of active treatment services to individuals and families.

* Complete ongoing required documentation for children's group homes and youth served, such as monthly documentation and progress notes* Provide direct administrative support to program supervisors* Maintain weekly maintenance tracking spreadsheet* Coordinate communication with maintenance vendor visits including scheduling, maintaining communication, allocating any corresponding estimates, invoices, and/or receipts* Coordinate communication with program supervisors for purchase orders* Process requests from supervisors for supplies, materials, and administrative program assistance* Communicate with appropriate staff and respond diligently to calls, emails, and requests for program support* Complete weekly documentation audits and submit appropriately In support of youth served by the programs* Manage youth allowance requests

Qualifications:

* High school diploma or GED required* Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred* 1-2 years of experience in an office environment; healthcare or human services environment preferred* Ability to manage/prioritize multiple tasks* Effective communication skills and well-developed problem-solving skills* Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to quality in everything you do* Foster culture of continuous improvement
