Salary/Pay Rate/Compensation: The pay range starts at $21/hour for entry-level; wages are higher for candidates with prior experience. Monthly bonuses are equivalent to up to 6% of wages. You will also receive 3 weeks of Paid Time Off to start, plus 9 Paid Holidays annually.

What's a typical day as a Production Technician? You'll be: • Observing machine operations to ensure the quality and conformity of filled or packaged products
• Regulating machine flow, speed, or temperature
• Stopping or resetting machines when malfunctions occur
• Ensuring all products are manufactured safely by following Good Manufacturing Practices
• Completing required production paperwork accurately
• Maintaining punctual, regular, and predictable attendance
• Working collaboratively in a team environment with a spirit of cooperation
This job might be an outstanding fit if you: • Have manufacturing experience (preferred)
• Have food & beverage experience (a plus)
