Production Supervisor

Production Supervisor Position Overview: The Production Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the manufacturing and production processes. This individual will ensure that the production lines run smoothly, and that all safety and quality standards are met. The Production Supervisor will also be responsible for providing training and development to the production workers.
Key Responsibilities: Responsible for supervising and coordinating the activities of production personnel Ensure that production processes are running efficiently and safely Develop production policies and procedures, and ensure compliance Monitor employee performance and provide feedback and coaching Identify and address any production or safety issues Train and develop production personnel on the proper use of equipment Maintain production records and report production metrics to management Qualifications: Previous experience in a production/manufacturing environment Experience in motor vehicle manufacturing is preferred Strong organizational and leadership skills Excellent communication and problem-solving skills Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines Benefits Applicants must be authorized to work in the U.S.
