Production Shift Leader - Nights As a new Production Shift Leader at Placon Corporation, you will play a critical role in overseeing production activities, ensuring quality standards are met, and leading a team to success. Expect to work night shifts from 6 pm to 6 am , following a schedule of two days on, two days off, three days on, two days off, allowing for a good work-life balance.
