This person will double as our Cluster Production Director. This candidate will also be open to sharing their life in a digital setting, as well as on-air, and exude professionalism while working tirelessly as an ambassador for Lubbocks Rock Station. Experience in Rock, Alternative, or Contemporary formats is a plus...but we want to hear from qualified talent from all formats.
**Responsibilities**
* Work closely alongside an experienced content team of Brand Managers, the Director of Content, and be open to coaching on many levels
* Create compelling digital content that drives engagement both online and on-air
**Qualifications**
* Amazing production/editing skills (required)
* Excellent writing skills
* Sharp On-Air instincts
* Ability to excel in a fast-paced environment
* Knowledge in digital playback systems
