Milwaukie, OR 97222 Symbeo is searching for our next Production Manager, who will be the responsible owner for executing production deliverables and driving continuous improvement throughout production processes. This leader provides strategic guidance as well as hands-on support and direction to the Capture Center, in support of overall service delivery for customers and stakeholders. This role ensures sustainable quality by measuring performance against structured processes, while driving continuous improvement to maximize operational efficiencies and the employee experience. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS & RESPONSIBILITIES: Deliver superior operational performance as aligned with corporate strategic goals. Develop and implement a strategic plan to optimize production processes with sustainable efficiency gains. Accurately forecast and proactively plan resource needs with volume fluctuations and planned growth to meet customer demands. Design, implement, and measure results in a robust performance measurement system with key performance indicators (KPIs). Lead and coach the team by fostering a high-performance culture. Inspire and engage the team to achieve exceptional results. Drive continuous improvement in quality, efficiencies, and overall service delivery. Implement and maintain team accountability for performance. KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS: Lead with empathy for the Voice-of the-Customer (VoC) with customer experience balanced with efficiencies and quality expected of a successful production environment. Demonstrated experience to improve and innovate existing operations with technology, processes, and human capital. Knowledge of value stream process flows with an urgent sensitivity to the special characteristics related to time-bound processes. Ability to inspire and influence engagement at all levels of the organization. Driven to foster collaborative relationships with team members and cross-functional stakeholders. Demonstrated excellence of leadership, problem solving, and emotional intelligence. IDEAL CANDIDATE: Proven track record of success in leading and transforming production operations. Experience in implementing structured processes and quality control measures. Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop teams. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. A collaborative and results-oriented approach. Experience in building and maintaining a positive culture built on trust, pride, and results. Possess a driven-to-win aptitude and a willingness to make a difference. EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE: A bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as engineering, manufacturing, or business administration is required. Demonstrated experience in exceeding defined KPIs. 7-10 years of experience in a production environment with direct experience managing similar processes. Experience specifically with structured processes (e.g., Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma) is highly desirable. 5 years of experience leading a diverse staff of managers and employees; ability to interface with senior leaders and stakeholders. Certifications relevant to Lean Manufacturing such as (Certified Lean Practitioner- CLP) or Six Sigma (Green Belt, Black Belt) are desired. PAY RANGE: CorVel uses a market based approach to pay and our salary ranges may vary depending on your location. Pay rates are established taking into account the following factors: federal, state, and local minimum wage requirements, the geographic location differential, job-related skills, experience, qualifications, internal employee equity, and market conditions. Our ranges may be modified at any time.
For leveled roles (I, II, III, Senior, Lead, etc.) new hires may be slotted into a different level, either up or down, based on assessment during interview process taking into consideration experience, qualifications, and overall fit for the role. The level may impact the salary range and these adjustments would be clarified during the offer process.
Pay Range: $78,826 – $121,703
