Production Manager

We are building a new Lawn Maintenance and Landscaping service here in Charleston.  We will build our business on the principles of excellent workmanship, customer satisfaction, and real care. As Production Manager, you are responsible for managing the Ground Guys workforce. Our clients trust to us to provide quality services and you are key in helping us live out our values every day.
You are a proactive leader and self-starter who can interact with the public and our employees. You have a strong work ethic and are able to manage time to effectively meet deadlines. You have experience in landscaping and have supervisory experience, as well as proven communication skills with supervisors, employees, and customers.Specific Responsibilities:
Manage personnel functions including recruiting, training, coaching, and ongoing performance managementSchedule work services and manage projects and services to completionContribute to company sales through lead generation, account management and maximizing upsell opportunities when they are presentMaintain a clean and well-stocked office and shopSet and manage budgetsImprove upon current processes to ensure quality, profitability, and future growthJob Requirements:
